1968 W108 280SE. M130 fuel injection, automatic. Was a daily driver up to 2003, then garaged Liverpool since. Partial respray completed 2011 (front clip and bonnet, factory ivory white) but the rear quarters still wear the original paint. Floors have rust in the spare wheel well and the passenger footwell.
Mechanically the car is solid. M130 starts and runs without smoke. Auto trans shifts cleanly. Brakes need a refresh (master cylinder weeping). Original interior is dry but worn, headliner sagging.
$11,500 because the floors need professional repair and that's $4,500-$6,000 to do properly. Buy this if you're a competent panel beater or you have one as a friend.
