BOYS. SPOTTED THIS MORNING IN THE MARRICKVILLE IGA CAR PARK.

DARK GREEN W123 230T WAGON. ORIGINAL HUBCAPS. NSW HISTORICAL PLATES. CHILD SEAT IN THE BACK.

ANYONE KNOW THE OWNER. THE CAR IS A WEAPON. I WANT TO BUY THEM A COFFEE.

Boonie - that is Phil Karras. Lives 3 streets back from the IGA. Daughter is 4, the child seat is hers. The wagon was his father's before him. 1982 230T, original Australian-delivery, paint and chrome unrestored.

Phil is not on the forum. He doesn't do internet. But me and Mrs B know him from the Sunday breakfast circuit. I can pass on that you said hello.

I know the car well, he used to come into Nick's shop in Greenacre all the time and we'd have coffee.. these pics are from the last respray at Nick's. Spent some decent coin getting that interior sorted.
