The handbook covers the founding story (17 August 2008, Steve Labrakis founder), the membership pathway (sponsor + 12-month engagement record + blue and white + green and gold ribbon ceremony), the annual obligations (1 documented restoration assistance + 1 community contribution), and the constitutional framework (as registered with the Hellenic Australian Federation Sydney Council 2009).
