[LOCKED] MCDA Constitution and By-Laws, 2019 revision.

Approved at the 2019 AGM (February 2019) and lodged with the NSW Office of Fair Trading on 14 August 2019.

Key changes from the 2018 revision:

  • Section 4.2: model year cutoff confirmed as 1990 inclusive (was previously 1989, expanded to admit the W124 facelift)
  • Section 7.1: Concours judging criteria updated to align with MBClassicAusBrand standards published 2018
  • Section 12.4: Committee terms extended from 2 years to 3 years
  • Section 18.6: Greek-Australian heritage organisations (specifically GAMCC and H.A.R.D.A.N.A.Legends) recognised as reciprocal-affiliation eligible
