Pulled into the Shell on Marrickville Rd Sunday morning to fill up the work car and there was this absolute weapon sitting there. 1971ish 280SE 3.5. Tobacco brown. NSW plates. Original wheels. Driver was inside paying.

Whose is it. pm me i want to make a client offer. Client is in the market for exactly this car. Has cash.

If not for sale fair enough but at least come tell me about it

That is Stavros K's car.. not Chris's brother Kosta - the older Stavros K, Earlwood, joined the forum 2009 but does not post much, drives the car maybe 8 weekends a year. He bought it from the original owner in 2003 and has refused to sell ever since. People have offered up to $180k. He has said no every time.

It is a "I will never sell" thing. He was going to give it to his son but his son moved to London 2018 and is not coming back. So now he drives it himself a bit and is going to leave it to a nephew. He has decided. There is no number.

Johnny dont approach him at the servo if you see him again. He will be polite but it will not move things forward.

Stavros K.. I remember him from 2010s. quiet bloke. The 3.5 is gorgeous. He used to come to the early Sunday meets before the parking rule got made..

Steve woulda known Stavros from way back. They were both at the Marrickville town hall meet 2008.

STAVROS K!!!! I DID NOT KNOW HE WAS STILL DRIVING THE 35

UNCLE STEVE MADE ME GO MEET HIM ONCE IN 2018 OR SOMETHING. HE BARELY SPOKE. HIS GARAGE WAS THE CLEANEST GARAGE I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE CAR JUST SAT THERE LIKE A MUSEUM PIECE.
